the process of making any pot includes many steps done at just the right time in the early stages of the pot. throwing, trimming, attaching handles or other accents, decorating, glazing and firing, all contribute to forming the materials into the final piece. throughout these steps each pot receives individual consideration and attention, making each unique.

I often choose to leave the exterior, or non-food touching surfaces, of pots raw, which is a little rougher than a glazed surface. if you are a little touchy about texture, please ask me about the pot you’ve got in mind.

all pots are dishwasher and microwave safe.
